How long am I required to subscribe to the service?

Our service is month-to-month. We understand that people regularly try different services to meet their specific needs.

You have a free two-week trial with our service, which is more than enough time to make a few test conference calls to see if our service will enhance your business.

If you follow the directions in our Setup Instructions page you'll know within an hour, in most cases, whether you'll benefit from our service.

If you decide our service is not for you, simply log in to your account and click on the My Account link. From there, just click the Cancel button to cancel your trial period. We appreciate that you took a look!

Are you affiliated with FreeConferenceCall.com^®?

No we are not. We are simply a value-added service that makes the call detail reports from their conference service more readable. In fact, the folks at FreeConferenceCall.com^® probably don't even know about our service!

How exactly does your service work?

After you have a conference call, FreeConferenceCall.com^® emails you a detailed call report listing every phone number that dialed into the call, and for how long.

Our service simply takes the detailed call report you receive and enhances by including the names of the callers in the report. So instead of trying to figure out mentally who each phone number belongs to, you get a nicely enhanced report with known names filled in.

After each conference call, you will get the enhanced call detail report with known names filled in. If there's a phone number that is unknown, you simply click a link and type in the name associated with that phone number. From that point forward, that phone number will be recognized for future reports.

My reports come with times in a different time zone than mine...

This is easy to change, but has nothing to do with our service!

To change your time zone, log in to FreeConferenceCall.com. Once you've logged in, click on the Account Info tab in the upper-left. Midway down the page you'll find a popdown menu to set your preferred time zone.
